The Yarrow Point community is a close-knit one, with a host of annual celebrations that bring people together.
Bordered on three sides by Lake Washington on the Greater Eastside, Yarrow Point is a 231-acre peninsula on Lake Washington that just over 1,000 residents call home. It is regarded for its unrivaled waterfront homes, easy waterfront access, and expansive views that span the lake (some of which even offer peek-a-boo views of the city skyline). Residents and visitors alike enjoy a range of aquatic adventures, from boating to paddle boarding and simple relaxation at the water’s edge.

The crowning jewel is the annual Fourth of July celebration, which includes a pet parade, fishing derby, pickleball, bingo, and a family parade and picnic event that ends beneath evening fireworks.
