Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) is proud to share its inclusion on the 2020 REAL Trends 500, released Thursday. The brokerage ranked 167th for production in the United States, and is among one of the largest firms in Sotheby’s International Realty’s domestic network.

“Congratulations to all of our RSIR brokers and staff for the acknowledgment on 2020 REAL Trends 500 list,” said RSIR CEO Dean Jones. “I’m grateful for everything RSIR Nation accomplished in 2019, and the work of our talented and hard-working brokers continue to tackle in 2020, especially under new and evolving conditions, aimed at both serving our community and keeping it safe.”

On sales last year of more than $1.6 billion, RSIR was up nearly 10 percent and ranked 167th nationally across all brands. It’s also the 15th largest brokerage firm within Sotheby’s International Realty’s domestic network.

“Stacy and I are proud that RSIR was included within such a list of esteemed firms,” added Jones. “This is a great way to celebrate our 10th anniversary in business.”

Locally, RSIR consistently ranks in the top ten largest brands in the NWMLS and is noted for representing among the highest valued average listings and greatest production on a per broker basis, according to Trendgraphix research. RSIR brokers are also currently representing three times the gross sales value of listed properties, per agent compared to their immediate peer group.

It took 1,992 transactions to be included in this year’s REAL Trends 500, and in 2019 there were 301 firms recording over $1 billion in residential sales, up from 297 firms accomplishing this in 2018. The numbers for the report are documented by outside accounting firms as well as MLS reports. The list is in its 33rd year, and this year’s survey represented the most comprehensive collection of data assembled on the leaders of the residential brokerage industry.

In addition to an increase in sales year over year, 2019 also saw huge growth for the firm as over 50 brokers joined RSIR, and the company opened its newest office on Old Main Street in downtown Bellevue to brokers and their clients. The completion of the space, which includes a premier retail and restaurant venue, a daytime café and evening cocktail and full dining experience, operated by Joe Vilardi of the famed Bis on Main next door, is slated for late spring/early summer.
