Arielle Thurik serves as Director of Operations for the Gray Team. In an industry where new technology means an ever-evolving framework of tools and systems, Arielle implements and advances the team’s suite of cutting-edge services. An irreplaceable asset to the top-producing Gray Team, Arielle affords each member a peace of mind and the power to do what they do best: taking care of their clients and commanding results. Before joining the Gray Team, Arielle was a consultant at Microsoft for the US Central Marketing Organization and US Microsoft 365 team. She brings over a decade of experience and relationships with Seattle’s most innovative and emerging technology companies to her daily work. A Pacific Northwest native, Arielle loves raising her daughter here and sharing her love for the outdoors, hiking, and running about her hometown of Kirkland.
